Because we are independent from any bank, lender, or financing type, our introductions are based solely on your needs. We review your company profile, financials, funding requirements, preferred structure, and goals to identify lenders whose stated criteria and capabilities appear aligned with your opportunity.

Once we identify potential lenders, we confirm preliminary interest, coordinate introductions, and help organize initial discussions. We may also help you compare lender proposals at a high level. The company and lender, with their respective advisers, negotiate and document any financing directly. Potential lenders conduct their own independent underwriting, diligence, approval, and documentation processes.
